We are currently seeking a full-time Ancillaries Billing Team Lead who is committed to patient excellence and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic therapy team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the therapy billing and collection team
• Ensure all PT services are accurately coded and billed in compliance with healthcare regulations and payer policies
• Provide guidance, resolves issues and ensure optimal revenue cycle performance for all PT services provided in the practice
• Provides coaching, training, schedules and performance review feedback
• Promote teamwork, accountability and high performance
• Conduct regular team meetings to address performance goals, challenges, and process improvements
• Ensure timely submission of claims, timely follow up of claims and accurate processing of payments

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical Office and previous team lead experience required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
• Attentiveness to detail and accuracy in documentation
