Production Associate Pizza Dough Manufacturing

Location: Distribution Center (Aurora, CO 80239) Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Schedule: 1:00 AM 9:30 AM (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our pizza dough manufacturing team. In this role, you will participate in the complete production process of pizza dough while working in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment. Associates will rotate through multiple production line positions and assist with cleaning, sanitation, and other operational duties to help ensure quality and food safety standards are met. This position requires working in a continuously refrigerated facility (3338F) to maintain food safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for the duration of their shift.

Responsibilities

• Produce pizza dough according to company quality and food safety standards.
• Rotate through various production line positions, including:
• Dough Maker
• Dough Bot
• Dough Placer
• Tray Washer
• Cross/Down Stacker
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support warehouse or sanitation operations through cross-training as needed.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work continuously in a refrigerated environment maintained between 3338F.
• Ability to lift materials from floor level to above shoulder height throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely around loud manufacturing equipment.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe boots are required and are not provided. Associates must bring and wear their own steel-toe boots to be permitted on the production floor.
• Wear comfortable work clothing such as jeans or work pants.
• Dress in warm layers, including a heavy hoodie, sweatshirt, or jacket, due to the refrigerated work environment.
• No loose jewelry or watches.
• No clothing with dangling strings, cords, or decorations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Hairnets, beard nets (when applicable), and any required food safety or high-visibility PPE will be provided upon arrival.
