Northbridge University está en búsqueda de un(a) Supervisor(a) de Centro de Llamadas Institucional para supervisar las operaciones diarias, liderar al personal de recepción y garantizar un servicio eficiente y de alta calidad en sus localidades de Puerto Rico.

Responsabilidades Principales

Supervisar, orientar y desarrollar al personal del centro de llamadas.
Coordinar las operaciones diarias, horarios y distribución de llamadas.
Monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), productividad, calidad del servicio y niveles de cumplimiento (SLAs).
Implementar mejoras en los procesos para optimizar la experiencia estudiantil.
Preparar informes de desempeño y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares institucionales.

Requisitos Mínimos

Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Gerencia, Comunicaciones o área relacionada.
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia supervisando operaciones de centros de llamadas o servicio al cliente.
Excelentes destrezas de liderazgo, comunicación y análisis.
Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
Preferiblemente experiencia con sistemas CRM y en instituciones de educación superior.
Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles según las necesidades operacionales.
