• T his position will require 75% travel, to both domestic and international work sites. The length of the travel will be dependent on the project being supported at the time.
• Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.

Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and safety audits. Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages. Programming and installation of head end equipment for access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems. Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level. Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing. Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory. * Performing take off project drawings. Create, document and track RFIs. Design assistance and feedback. Documenting daily reports and project progress. Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management. Create and manage project schedule. Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems. Forecast and manage project labor hours. Communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates. Guide and mentor technicians. Qualifications Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED. Requires a valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy. Education: HS diploma or GED. Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours). Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program. Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program. Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities. Required progressive experience: 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs. Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (preferred). Desired / Advantageous Qualifications Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems. Software house certifications in CCURE, Verint, MDI, AMAG Symmetry, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, Hirsch, Intercom Systems AIphone, FFT, Honeywell Video & Vindicator, and Proximex. Lenel OnGuard Enterprise Security System certification (1000 and 2000). Abilities Position requires ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, operating equipment, and transporting materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. Relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance. Work at heights up to 60 feet and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders. Walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead on a routine basis. Possess good vision (may be corrected), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. Use a standard ladder without exceeding weight limit while carrying tools. Recognize potential problems but may not solve them. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce meaningful answers. Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
