As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
