Account Manager, Retail Sales

Supporting the Sephora business across the US, Canada, and UK, the full-time remote Account Manager, Retail Sales will manage retailer communication, track sales performance, and analyze trends to drive growth while collaborating cross-functionally on product launches and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Sephora partnership, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups Track and report on sales metrics, including same-store sales and SKU productivity, to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute product launches and retail marketing campaigns Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in beauty retail, account management, or a related field Direct experience with Sephora's retail environment and North American retailers Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data interpretation Experience supporting retail marketing initiatives and product launches Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
