Description

Taylor Davis Co. is a well-established paving and site work company proudly serving Western Massachusetts. With deep roots in the local community, the company is committed to quality workmanship, teamwork, and community engagement. As the business continues to grow, Taylor Davis Co. is seeking a Finance and Office Assistant for the upcoming summer season. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the CFO and general office operations. Ideal for high school or college students eager to develop practical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the CFO with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Help organize and process invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork
Support general office tasks including scanning, filing, and record keeping
Help with administrative projects and other office needs as they come up

Qualifications

Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numbers and keeping accurate records
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
No prior experience required. Some familiarity with Excel or QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary

Compensation

$19-25 per hour, based on experience. Part-time, approximately 10-25 hours per week. This is a seasonal position.
