Position Overview The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing core accounting functions, including overseeing the month‑end and year‑end close processes. This position is part of a restructuring effort within the accounting team and offers strong ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and business initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage monthly and annual close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy. Support inventory‑related accounting activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Collaborate with leadership on financial and operational projects. Required Experience / Skills 5–7 years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and technical proficiency. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of inventory accounting. Exposure to process improvements or system enhancements. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
