Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and personable Marketing Assistant to join our chiropractic office and help us build relationships throughout the local community.

This is a highly people-focused, in-person position . You will work alongside our Marketing Director to visit local businesses, attend community events, coordinate and participate in spinal screenings, and introduce our office to people throughout the community.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, representing a business professionally, and creating positive connections. You do not need to have a background in healthcare or chiropractic Experience in customer facing roles or sales is a plus.

COMPENSATION

• $25/hr for approximately 8-10 hours per week
• Performance-based bonus structures are available based on individual results and contribution to the growth of the practice
• Additional earning potential for individuals who consistently generate strong outreach results and help create successful community partnerships and events
• Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities to grow within the role based on performance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Visit local businesses and organizations to introduce our chiropractic office and establish relationships
• Help coordinate and set up spinal screening events at businesses and community locations
• Attend and represent the office at local events, fairs, wellness events, networking events, and other community activities
• Engage with members of the public in a friendly, professional, and approachable way
• Help educate community members about our office and the services we provide
• Assist with scheduling and organizing outreach events
• Help prepare marketing materials, giveaways, displays, and event supplies
• Follow up with businesses and contacts after events when appropriate
• Track outreach activities, contacts, events, and results
• Take photos/videos and assist with social media content at community events when needed
• Help brainstorm new businesses, organizations, and community opportunities for outreach

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, events, hospitality, networking, or community outreach is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation for local community outreach
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, carrying event materials, and being active during events
• Must be available for occasional events outside of traditional business hours, including some evenings or weekends
• Must be comfortable representing the office in a professional and enthusiastic manner
