Work as a TPM Specialist to support sales promotions, pricing initiatives, revenue growth, and trade investment programs to help drive business growth. This role partners with Sales, Finance, IT, and Revenue Growth teams to ensure promotional activities, trade spend tracking, reporting, and customer programs are executed accurately and efficiently. What You Will Do:

• Support promotional planning, pricing, and trade spend activities
• Track deductions, claims, accruals, and promotional performance
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and promotional data.
• Create reports and insights to support business decisions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Assist with product listings, item setup, and promotional execution
• Develop training materials and support users on business processes

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Promotions, Pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Business Operations, or a related field
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), food & beverage, manufacturing, or retail preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and business systems
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
