Source Receivables Management is a locally owned debt collection agency and we are currently hiring for a Client Services Coordinator Position. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, computer and customer service skills. Candidates must be versatile and detail oriented with a high proficiency in time management. Strong multi-tasking skills with high accuracy are required. The position requires a keen understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced levels in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a familiarity of Access and PowerPoint. We will provide training for industry and company specific processes and procedures. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring payments are processed accurately and timely while supporting overall client service operations. The position will handle a wide variety of payment related tasks, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain compliance with internal policies and client requirements. Responsibilities Manage and distribute incoming mail, ensuring accurate handling and routing. Update account records and correspondence accurately in accordance with each client's specific requirements. Maintain accurate logs for all mail. Respond to consumer inquiries and requests within required timeline, in according with the FDCPA. Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance, tracking, and audit requirements. Provide timely responses to client requests. Training & Compliance Support training efforts by reviewing payment processes with new team members. Follow all company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years experience in administrative, client services, or customer service role. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information and maintain accurate records. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, FDCPA and FCRA requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Dependable, professional, and responsive with a keen eye to details. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
