Manufacturing Engineering Manager | Irvine, CA (Onsite)You'll lead and manage precision CNC machining and assembly operations while driving cost reduction, process improvement, and the transfer of new product development into full production.Responsibilities:Provide people leadership and technical direction to a team of 9 across Manufacturing Engineers and MachinistsOversee precision CNC machining operations, including manual machine shop equipment and assembly line processesLead NPD-to-production transfer, taking new products through first-time production launchDrive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsManage day-to-day priorities, mentorship, and performance across the manufacturing engineering teamPartner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve production and process issuesSupport production readiness and scalability across machine shop and assembly line environmentsRequired Experience:B.S. Degree or higher with 7+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering4+ years of people-management experienceStrong background in precision CNC machiningExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferredProven people management experience — this role carries more direct leadership responsibility than a typical IC-level engineering roleHands-on oversight experience across both machine shop and assembly line operationsDirect experience leading cost reduction and process improvement projectsTrack record of transferring new product designs into production for the first timeLogistics:Fully onsite in Irvine, CASalary: $165K–$175K
