Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' emotional, social, and academic needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling tailored to address issues such as anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that promote student success.

• Facilitate workshops or support groups for students and families, focusing on resilience-building and emotional regulation skills.

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all interactions according to legal and organizational standards.

• Create and implement discharge plans that connect students with community resources and post-crisis support services.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support for students experiencing acute emotional distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
