Results Statement The mission of a Senior Proposal Coordinator for HVJ, a leading civil engineering firm in Texas, is to assure client, employee, and business associate satisfaction. Preparation of statement of qualification (SOQ) Preparation of subconsultant qualification data packages as requested by clients Maintaining a quality database of company information Ongoing Work Leads SOQ preparation for public infrastructure pursuits.
