Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead the sales department toward our collective growth goals.

Mentor and coach individual agents, helping them hone their craft and reach their full potential.

Cultivate and expand our presence throughout Allentown by building meaningful relationships with local businesses and residents.

Implement effective sales strategies that prioritize the long-term needs of our policyholders.

Monitor performance metrics and refine processes to ensure our office remains efficient and effective.

Collaborate with the executive team to shape the direction and culture of The Atlantic District.

Requirements

Current P&C insurance licensure in Pennsylvania.

Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams.

Experience in agency operations and local market development.

In-depth knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products.

Strong organizational skills for managing complex workflows and office goals.

Prior experience with agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.
