The Executive Services division is now accepting applications for Print Production Coordinator.

Under the Supervisor – Print Services, the Print Production Coordinator performs a variety of responsible administrative, clerical and print production duties to support the daily operations of Print Services; coordinates the day-to-day operations of the print shop; coordinates flow of communications and information for the supervisor; coordinates and organizes work orders; assures print production equipment remains operational and maintains inventory of related supplies; communicates with customers and offers expert advice; oversees advertising and marketing promotions; monitors the print shop budget and expenditures. This position is full-time and has a work year of 12 months / 260 days / 8 hours per day.

Education: Graduation from high school supplemented by college level coursework in graphic design or related field, AND Experience: Two years of clerical/administrative support experience preferably in a print shop environment

Examination procedures are as follows:

• Assessments and interviews may take place virtually or in-person.
• Following the final filing date, the qualifications of all candidates will be evaluated.
• The most qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a written exam, tentatively scheduled for September 21, 2026.
• Those who pass the written exam will be invited to participate in an oral examination with subject matter experts, tentatively scheduled for September 30, 2026.
• Based on the final scores of qualified candidates, Classified Personnel Services will establish a ranked candidate list.
• Selected candidates from the list will be invited to a second interview with the hiring authorities, tentatively scheduled for October 7, 2026.

Second interviews may be held in-person.
