Why We Need You We’re looking for a motivated, personable Customer Experience Representative to help us take exceptional care of our customers and turn opportunities into completed projects. This is more than simply answering phones. You’ll communicate with customers who have received estimates from our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and other service departments, answer questions, follow up on outstanding proposals, and help customers feel confident moving forward with Neerings. The Big Task Your primary responsibility is to follow up with customers on open estimates and help convert those opportunities into sold and scheduled jobs while providing an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email regarding outstanding estimates and proposals. Build rapport with customers and provide a professional, helpful, and positive experience. Answer questions, address concerns, and help customers understand their options. Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance and follow-up goals. Learn and utilize our customer communication scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural and authentic. Maintain accurate and complete customer information, notes, and follow-up activity in our CRM. Communicate closely with dispatch, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Take ownership of customer opportunities and follow through until there is a clear outcome. What We’re Looking For A positive, can-do attitude. Strong phone, email, and written communication skills. Confidence speaking with customers and asking for their business. A competitive and goal-oriented mindset. Strong organization and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities. Comfort working toward measurable performance goals. Ability to work well as part of a team.
