Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Hospital or acute care experience preferred
• Strong time management, multitasking, and clinical assessment skills
• Effective communicator and team player
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds

What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care on night shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
• Provide patient care in med-surg, pediatric, telemetry, swing bed, and hospice units
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care
• Document patient care and vitals in the electronic health record system
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and care protocols
• Work rotating weekdays and every third weekend
