About the Position
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg / Float Pool) – Iowa Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every other weekend and every other holiday required
Highlights:
Float pool position providing diverse clinical experience across multiple specialties
Units include Orthopedics, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry
Opportunity to work across two campuses with varied patient populations
Float radius includes locations within the greater Des Moines area
Facility willing to waive 24-hour New Booking Obligation (NBO) for qualified candidates

Requirements:
Current Iowa RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Med-Surg nursing experience required
Willingness and ability to float across multiple units and specialties
BLS certification (additional certifications preferred based on specialty experience)
Reliable transportation to travel between campus locations as needed
