The OED Technical Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with all financial and business processes. Basic QualificationsUS Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check7 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.7 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.7 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including, but not limited to, the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods5 years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.5 years of experience writing various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products).5 years of experience for project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule). Preferred QualificationsUS Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check10 years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.10 years of experience supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.10 years of experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including, but not limited to, the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods Evolver is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job seekers.
