The DC3/DCISETechnical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assistDC3 with all financial and business processes. Basic QualificationsUS Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible.5 years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.5 years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.5 years of experience with scanning tools (i.e., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.).5 years of experience with intelligence analysis processes, including Open- Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.5 years of experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors. Preferred QualificationsUS Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance.8 years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.8 years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting. Evolver is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job seekers.
