QualificationsAt the GS-14level, you must meet the following qualification: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is that which has equipped the applicant with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes but is not limited to experience in: developing prototype subsystems for complex system requirements, using fourth generation language applications development tools such Scriptcase/Connx/EntireX and/or SAG Designer/ NJAX; and experience performing technical design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, migration, implementation, or support of complex and sensitive applications software, subsystems, and components involved in personnel, payroll, and time and attendance using Natural, ADABAS, JCL,PHP, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and fourth generation language application tools. This position contains a selective placement factor (SPF) that is part of the minimum requirement of the position. If you do not meet the SPF, you are ineligible for further consideration.
