Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Assistant who will performing administrative duties for the HR department. The Human Resource Assistant will play a critical role in assisting new hires and current employees.

 

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties such as greeting guests and employees, answering phone and preparing for meeting
• Will work across multiple areas of Employee Services
• Support the front desk when needed
• Work in an electronic filing system
• Complete Internal Audits
• Clean Address Report

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One (1) year of Human Resource Assistant/Receptionist Desk experience is required. 
• Must have experience with completing I-9s. 
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
