Job Description Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities andequipment at the highest level of efficiency. Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff. Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventivemaintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes. Possess thorough knowledge of operation; maintenance and repair ofboilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing andmechanical equipment. Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs. Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects. Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, andrepair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, andmechanical equipment. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/orlicenses.
