The role is based in Seattle, WA, with potential work in The Dalles, OR. Key Eligibility Criteria Licensed to practice law in both Washington and Oregon. 2–5 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation. Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex litigation cases. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Manage litigation files independently and as part of a team. Conduct fact investigations and handle document productions/discovery. Prepare witnesses for depositions; take and defend depositions. Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions. Review and analyze policies, contracts, and legal documents. Prepare for and attend court hearings, including oral arguments. Prepare for and attend trials, including direct and cross-examination of witnesses. Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
