Senior Property Accountant

We’re seeking a Senior Property Accountant to support an established owner operator of institutional‑quality portfolio of commercial assets. The firm has strong backing with some of the top capital partners in the country. What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets properties Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank statements, and general ledger activity Review and analyze CAM, property taxes, insurance, and other recoverable expenses Prepare CAM reconciliations and support tenant billing processes Partner with asset management on budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors Assist with cash management, AP/AR oversight, and treasury functions Maintain accurate property‑level financial data and ensure timely reporting Contribute to process improvements and accounting best practices What We’re Looking For 4–8+ years of commercial property accounting experience in industrial, office, or retail. Strong understanding of property‑level financials and real estate operations Experience with CAM reconciliations, recoveries, and lease‑related accounting Proficiency with real estate accounting systems (MRI or Yardi preferred) Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights clearlyA proactive, collaborative professional who enjoys partnering with operations and asset management If you’re a skilled property accountant looking to contribute to a high‑performing team, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Endeavor Agency
