Part Time Commercial Real Estate Assistant

Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Document Support: Handling incoming and
outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and
mail
- Tenant Relations: Handling initial inquiries and helping resolve tenant concerns.
- Help solve maintenance issues quickly. Track rent payments. Help send
late notices.
- Operations Maintenance: Coordinating repair requests with contractors and
tracking maintenance and repair projects.
-Financial Tasks: Bookeeping Reconciliations
- Record Keeping and Office Support: Help file important documents in
document system, track key dates, manage daily office paperwork
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Familiarity with basic computer programs and administrative and management
software and proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
-College degree in business or real estate is a plus
-Ability to handle many tasks at one time. Strong attention to detail.
-Property management and retail real estate background and understanding of
lease agreements are a big plus.
