Outbound Freight Documentation SpecialistRegal Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping professional to support a non-climate controlled operation in the Alliance area. Step into a role where precision documentation meets fast-moving warehouse activity.A day in this roleYou clock in at 7:00am and immediately confirm carrier pickups with UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners. International orders are on your docket—so you prepare accurate Commercial Invoices and SLI forms, then generate Bills of Lading and detailed packing lists. On the floor, you jump in to pick, pack, wrap, and label outbound shipments, verifying packing slips and entering data into the Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Throughout the day, you coordinate with shipping brokers and carriers to keep everything moving.
