Start your next adventure on 10/19/2026 with a supportive team committed to your success!Location: Indianapolis, INStart Date: 10/19/2026End Date/Duration: 01/11/2027Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)Hours/Week: 40Employment Type: Contract (W-2)License/Certs: BCLS, NBSTSAExperience: Minimum 2 years in Trauma Level I experience, Neuro, Ortho Trauma, and morePay & BenefitsPay Rate: $50.69/hourBenefits:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicableWhat You'll DoProvide surgical assistance across a variety of specialties including neuro, trauma, ortho, urology, GYN, plastics, ENT, and general surgeryPrepare operating rooms, set up surgical equipment including DaVinci XI robotAssist during complex procedures such as craniotomies, VP shunts, thrombectomies, thoracotomies, and organ donationsMaintain sterile techniques and ensure adherence to safety protocolsSupport surgeons with instrumentation and patient positioningCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative flowAdapt to varied case types including laparoscopic, scope, and flap proceduresWhat You NeedRequired:Valid certification: BCLS and NBSTSAMinimum of 2 years' experience in trauma and neuro cases, Level I trauma experience requiredExperience with neuro, ortho trauma, vascular (PV-RX AAA), and thoracic proceduresProficiency with DaVinci XI surgical robot preferredAbility to work 4x10-Hour day shiftsPreferred:Experience with ENT, plastics, gynecology, and laparoscopic proceduresSkills in oral maxillofacial, dilation & curettage, and gynecological laparoscopic proceduresAbout the Assignment This position involves providing critical surgical support in a high-capacity hospital setting. You will be integral to a team performing complex trauma, neuro, and general surgeries, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency.
