The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for the development and maintenance of profitability models used to drive business growth and profitability improvements across the Company. Drive continued efforts to evolve and refine cost allocation model by partnering with both internal and external support teams. Leverage profitability model data and analytics to identify and implement profit opportunities.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSUpdate and maintain models with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement.Identifies and evaluates opportunities for cost assignment improvements to model.Develop analytics and visualizations leveraging data from profitability model to identify profit opportunities in support of margin improvement initiatives.As Subject Matter Expert of the profitability model, provide support to other users of the tool in answering question or troubleshooting issues.Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support.SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerforms additional duties as directed.QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required, in an analytical area such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, or Economics.4 or more years of applicable experience.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIESProficiency in Business Intelligence visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Statement of Cash Flows, Income Statements.Strong analytical skills, including experience with large, complex data setsExperience identifying necessary data sources and ability to pull data from reporting servers for analysis.Demonstrated achievement in application of IT tools toward improving analytical decision-making.Ability to work with various departments at various levelsStrong communication skills, especially verbal/written communication to senior management.Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, and use data to support your position.Demonstrated understanding of financial processes and systemsStrong ability and experience in performing multiple concurrent tasksAbility to work independently and within a group settingADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel up to 15%.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
