Job Details Job Location: 7B 203 - Avon IN - E US 36 - Avon, IN 46123 Base pay starts at $52,000 annually. OTHER PAY: Quarterly bonus program Position Overview 7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand. The 7Venture Stand Manager assumes full responsibility for a location’s growth, profitable operation and the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission statement, and values. The Stand Manager is the leader of their crew, maintains genuine connections with them and manages the unique nuances of business at their stand(s). In addition to scheduled shifts, the Stand Manager is expected to coach, train, perform admin duties, and oversee operations. The Stand Manager reports to their District Manager. Responsibilities and Duties Become proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets. Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement. Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth. Create a weekly shift schedule with crew based on needs and availability, maintaining a budgeted labor cost while ensuring quick wait times and short lines. Track and order necessary inventory, smallwares, parts, and equipment, while keeping a low cost of goods sold by eliminating waste and counting accurately. Ensure appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand. Work in a self‑sufficient manner, involving the district coach when required. Ensure crew is knowledgeable and meets all health and safety requirements. Develop new leaders to step into future roles. Promptly implement and communicate directives from upper management. Delegate tasks thoughtfully to the leadership team and Brewistas to facilitate efficiency and development. Handle hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions for shift leads and baristas. Skills and Qualifications Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes at a time. Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products. Work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand comfortably for hours at a time. Climb a ladder and use a stepladder. Stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand. Walk safely between and around cars in the drive‑thru line. Operate any position in the stand cleanly during peak hours. Maintain awareness of the shift’s operations while working a position. Assertively and graciously confront coworkers to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues. Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. Lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure. Have proven leadership abilities in a fast‑paced environment with 40+ team members. Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Email. Pass a criminal background check. Hold a valid driver’s license and keep it current. #J-18808-Ljbffr
