This unit has 8 ORs and employs a staff of 25 members. The operating hours are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Patient ratios are 1:1, although this is an estimate and not guaranteed. The role involves managing the operating room, assisting surgeons, monitoring vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Preferred candidates will have pediatric experience and CVOR/cardiac experience. The team values good communication and teamwork skills. Successful candidates will be able to function across multiple service lines. Common procedures performed in this unit include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries.
