Accounts Receivable Specialist
$19 - $22 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Accounts Receivable Specialist manages client invoicing, monitors assigned accounts, and handles collections at a testing laboratory. The role involves daily interaction with internal and external clients, submitting invoices to electronic portals, and resolving billing issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Submit invoices to electronic client invoicing portals and monitor assigned client accounts
- Perform collection tasks and address invoicing issues directly with clients until resolved
- Research and respond to internal and external client requests in a professional manner
- Coordinate with project management to review and implement client electronic invoicing requirements
- Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree in business or related field, or two years accounts receivable or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills including typing proficiency
- Verbal and written communication abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
- Previous accounts receivable and customer service experience preferred
- Excel proficiency and general math skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation: $19.00-$22.00/hour
