We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join FDR Financial Group, a leading financial services company. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position is vital to maintaining efficiency and productivity within the company, handling a variety of projects and tasks with precision and confidentiality.
The Executive Assistant at FDR Financial Group will be involved in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and providing administrative support for key decision-makers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
