Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Bookkeepers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Process payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Bookkeeper role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and their application to inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing overhead.
• Proven ability to perform detailed reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and tracking outstanding balances.
