If you're someone who believes in showing up with integrity, working collaboratively, and driving positive change, you'll feel right at home here.Let's grow together at Willow Bridge.ResponsibilitiesPrepare all aspects of the financial statement package, including creating and posting journal entries, general ledger review and completion of balance sheet support schedulesEnsure financial packages are completed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner to Regional Property Managers, Business Managers and clientsMonitor and maintain cash balancesResolve all issues and document response to all review comments generatedReview variances in financial statements and documents explanation for significant itemsPrepare management fee calculations and ensure related invoices are paidComplete Inter-Project Account reconciliations bi-weekly and follows up on open issuesEnsures all debt, real estate tax, sales tax and owner distribution payments are made in a timely manner and internal schedules are maintainedVerify bank reconciliation is complete and ensures all reconciling items are resolved in a timely mannerAdhere to internal accounting policies and proceduresVerify that budget information has been properly inputHandle client audit requests as neededAssist in the setup and transitions of properties which may include loading beginning balance information, sale pro-ration calculations, and closing entriesDecisions made with general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlinesResponsible for setting own project deadlinesQualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. In lieu of a BA/BS degree, must have four or more years related experienceMinimum of three years of related experience and/or training preferred CPA is a plusAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documentsAbility to effectively respond verbally or written to complex inquiries or complaintsAbility to present information to an internal group of employeesRequires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or clientsDemonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrencesRequires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and proceduresExperience with MS Office software (Excel) and Real Estate accounting software (Yardi)4-6 week onboarding training, travel may be requiredWillow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement.Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $80,000 to $90,000 per year USD
