Commercial Property Accountant – hybrid | Greater Chicago We are seeking a career-minded Property Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of retail shopping centers. The role includes general ledger activity, reconciliations, CAM and tax reconciliations, variance reporting, lease reviews, and treasury support. Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial real estate assets, preferably retail shopping centers, although experience with office, industrial, or logistics assets will also be considered. An Accounting or Finance degree, strong Excel skills, and Yardi Voyager experience are preferred. Compensation is $65,000 to $75,000 plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
