Boutique Manager

Summary The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management of the boutique, its associates, merchandise, and customer service. The role drives sales objectives and store KPIs while maintaining high operational and visual merchandising standards. The manager builds and develops a motivated sales team and implements local business and clienteling strategies to grow the customer base. Responsibilities Develop and present boutique business plans, marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow the local market. Lead by example on the sales floor, coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and succession planning for store staff. Oversee daily store operations including POS usage, inventory accuracy, scheduling, payroll approval, and administrative tasks. Monitor competitor and market trends, provide feedback on product assortment and buying trends to Retail Director. Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with the corporate visual team on window and display installations. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail (4-7 years preferred) with 1-2 years of related management experience. Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred. Strong organization, communication, analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand and manage sales, budgets, goals and staff scheduling. Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead a sales team and to deliver exceptional customer service.
