Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize obsolescence.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the inventory management system (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists and associates.
• Implement strategies to reduce inventory discrepancies and improve warehouse organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and demand forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement process improvements to optimize inventory levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with automation technologies in warehousing or material handling.
