Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Newaygo that are seeking skilled Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee general office administration, including supplies and vendor relations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
• Support production team with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar industry-specific accounting software
• Certification in bookkeeping (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) or office administration (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional)
