This welcoming environment extended to our employees who enjoy being part of something special - a diverse team that really cares about each other and is committed to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents.DUTIESThe Occupational Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy services.The Rehabilitative Therapy Unit assesses, evaluates and treats residents with mobility and self-care concerns, consults with and instructs staff in effective delivery of care, and provides the greatest independence possible for all residents through individually prescribed programsQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Occupational TherapyThe hours for this position are casual. You will not be scheduled any set hours, but will pick up available shifts as open/desired.Minnesota Masonic Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer
