Program Manager

Role Description

The Program Manager supports the Program Director in ensuring the overall success of one or more strategic programs within Comagine Health's Data Solutions business line. Programs may consist of multiple projects focused on a common objective, customer, or area of expertise.

This role serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert while providing leadership to project teams, managing program operations, building client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager is equally comfortable leading cross-functional teams, communicating with executive stakeholders, and translating complex information into practical solutions that improve healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, staffing, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project leads to coordinate work plans, staff assignments, and project priorities.
• Develop and monitor project plans while proactively identifying and resolving risks and challenges.
• Partner with Contracting & Compliance to develop policies, agreements, and governance processes supporting responsible data management.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, budgets, customer presentations, and solution development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to support growth initiatives and promote Data Solutions programs.
• Ensure all program activities comply with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

This position supports Maternal Programs focused on improving maternal health outcomes through collaboration with healthcare providers, public health organizations, community partners, and state agencies. The Program Manager will help lead initiatives that leverage data, quality improvement methodologies, and stakeholder engagement to improve care delivery and advance maternal health across the communities we serve.

• Experience managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while meeting organizational and client expectations.
• Experience using data to evaluate program performance, quality outcomes, and organizational impact.
• Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Experience working in healthcare, healthcare consulting, public health, or maternal health programs is highly desirable.
• A passion for improving healthcare outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible project or program management experience leading increasingly complex initiatives.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using data to evaluate program impact, quality assurance, performance measurement, or similar analytical work.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting maternal health, maternal and child health (MCH), public health, or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.

Work Environment & Travel

• This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
• Occasional travel (approximately 10%) may be required for client meetings, stakeholder engagement, conferences, training, or other business-related activities.
