Senior Associate (Investment Banking)

Job Description

FourFound is partnering with a leading independent investment bank seeking experienced Associates to join its expanding Power, Utilities & Renewables OR Digital Infrastructure M&A teams in New York.

Both teams advise leading corporations, financial sponsors and infrastructure investors on high-profile transactions, offering significant deal exposure, direct senior-level interaction and excellent career progression.

Sector Coverage

Power, Utilities & Renewables

• Conventional power generation, renewable energy and regulated utilities.
\n
• Energy transition, independent power producers (IPPs) and energy infrastructure.
\n

Digital Infrastructure

\n
• Data centers, AI infrastructure and hyperscale development.
\n
• Fiber networks, telecommunications infrastructure and towers.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
\n
• Develop financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
\n
• Manage due diligence, deal execution and client presentations.
\n
• Work directly with senior bankers and institutional clients.
\n
• Mentor Analysts and take ownership of execution workstreams.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 3–5+ years of investment banking experience.
\n
• Strong M&A execution experience, ideally including completed transactions.
\n
• Relevant Power, Energy or TMT or Digital Infrastructure sector exposure.
\n
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
\n
• Strong communication and transaction management skills.
\n
