Mechanical Assembler

Package AssemblerYour role You will be part of our Package Assembler team. Your mission is to manufacture products according to detailed specifications and schedules. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.Your day-to-day Assemble and disassemble compressors, blowers, and related equipment using hand tools, power tools, cranes, and fork trucks. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly work, including motor/compressor alignment, electrical box assembly, and system installation. Install and connect instrument wiring, electrical components, and oil/water piping by following assembly and wiring drawings. Conduct hydrostatic testing and other verification steps to ensure equipment meets quality and operational standards. Follow all company safety rules and procedures, maintaining compliance with OSHA requirements and contributing to a safe work environment. Our compensation offering is designed to be locally relevant, competitive, and aligned with the expectations of current and future talent. The actual hourly gross base pay range for this position is $29.00 to $33.00. The actual compensation package will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including but not limited to the qualifications, experience, and skills demonstrated during the recruitment process. In addition to base salary, this position may include an annual bonus, paid time off (including vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays), a 401(k) with up to 6% company match, and flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
