This executive will partner with senior leadership to drive execution, optimize performance, lead M&A integration efforts, and deliver measurable business outcomes that support Trimont's continued growth and evolution. The role will play a critical part in shaping operating models, governance frameworks, management reporting capabilities, and value realization across the organization.Responsibilities:Lead and execute enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.Manage cross-functional programs spanning operations, finance, technology, data, and business functions.Partner with senior leaders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Develop business cases, performance metrics, ROI tracking, and value realization plans.Design and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and change management strategies.Optimize loan servicing and asset management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.Oversee management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.Lead M&A integration efforts, including diligence, synergy realization, and operational alignment.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.12–15+ years of leadership experience in financial services, transformation, consulting, or related industries.Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred.Expertise in enterprise transformation, operations, program leadership, and M&A integration.Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.Strong financial, analytical, change management, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, value realization, and risk mitigation efforts.Collaborative leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.Experience leading transformation initiatives within commercial real estate, loan servicing, asset management, financial services, or similarly complex operational environments preferred.Trimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
