About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide senior-level leadership in a strategic finance role. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the annual budgeting cycle, refining forecasting activities, and working closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy. This role is pivotal in offering performance insight, and cross-functional partnership, and serving as a trusted advisor during a significant transition period. The CFO will also be expected to maintain continuity within the finance function, support the transition to a permanent CFO, and offer executive-level oversight to accounting leadership as needed. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive partnership, the ability to advise on financial performance and business strategy, and experience in a complex, regulated finance environment. Excellent communication skills, the ability to present financial insights clearly, and a comfort level with remote or hybrid work environments are essential. The role does not involve direct ownership of daily accounting activities but requires a focus on strategic finance and decision support.
