About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead its financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of activities, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, lender reporting, and cash management. This role involves partnering with executives, project teams, auditors, and lenders to ensure accurate financial reporting, loan draw administration, covenant compliance, forecasting, and the establishment of strong financial controls. The VP of Accounting will also lead the financial close process, manage cash flow and banking relationships, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive accounting and financial operations. A strong working knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and real estate or project-level financial reporting is essential. The role requires direct experience in managing construction loan draws, lender reporting, and covenant compliance, as well as experience in coordinating with Big 4 or national audit firms. A CPA certification is preferred, and experience in digital infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, or mission-critical real estate is also a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on institutional infrastructure, real estate, or high-growth platforms.
