About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial planning and performance in a mission-driven healthcare setting. This includes overseeing core finance operations such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as directing revenue cycle performance and managing financial compliance activities. The CFO will also play a key role in providing executive leadership for grant-related financial management and will be expected to partner with the executive team, board members, and department leaders to ensure that financial priorities align with the organization's goals. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of financial leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare, nonprofit, or other reimbursement-intensive settings. The role requires a deep understanding of grant accounting, revenue cycle leadership, and government payer reimbursement models, particularly Medicaid and Medicare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting regulated healthcare compliance environments, possess strong technical proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, and demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A high level of ethical standards, accountability, and a results-focused approach are essential, as is the ability to manage priorities with a sense of urgency.
