Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney

Kellner Green, PLLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of courtroom litigation experience required Experience litigating in Jefferson County, Kentucky strongly preferred Licensed to practice law in Kentucky Must be in good standing with the Kentucky Bar Previous family law experience is preferred but not required ABOUT THE ROLE The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom and advocacy skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and the confidence to manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and work closely with clients while collaborating with an experienced legal team.
