Bostrom is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our 115-employee, non-union manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this is a highly visible, hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and working directly with employees and leaders. You will be part of a small HR team with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact acrossrecruiting employee relations, benefits, compliance, safety, payroll, training, and HR programs. You will also maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor, building relationships, understanding the operation, and helping create a safe, productive, and engaged workplace. What’s In It for You A broad HR role where you can use and grow your full range of Human Resources Generalist skills High visibility and autonomy with direct partnership with the HR Manager The opportunity to influence HR programs, processes, and the employee experience A role where your relationships, ideas, and ability to solve problems make a difference What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing through background checks and onboarding; partner with leaders on staffing needs Serve as a trusted HR resource and coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and workplace concerns Administer benefits, leaves, accommodations, policies, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance Support workers’ compensation, workplace injuries, OSHA training, safety requirements, and HR compliance. Process payroll, audit timekeeping, and maintain accurate employee data and transactions inPaylocity Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives Support employee engagement and continuously improve HR programs and processes What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2+ years of HR experienceacross recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compliance Manufacturing or other operational HR experience preferred Strong recruiting and candidate-sourcing skills, including passive candidate strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust with employees and leaders at all levels Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple demands, and drive improvements Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus Compensation and Benefits : H.O.
